Steven V. Bagley

Steven has a strong foundation in enterprise-wide technologies. With significant experience in large scale implementations, high availability designs, and real-time recoveries, he is often leading cutting edge assignments and critical initiatives. While at Accelerated Consultants, he architected and implemented an end-to-end continuity design for one of Chicago's most noted equity firms; the design's architecture spans Active Directory, Exchange, SQL, VPN, Citrix, Virtualization and SAN Replication Technologies. He also developed a comprehensive Citrix solution for one of Chicago's most prestigious law firms; the solution uses a single port, SSL, provides near universal access, is custom branded, and was both crafted and implemented under a three day deadline.

Prior to starting AC, Steven became a noted high availability expert by building Exchange and SQL Clusters for state governments in North Carolina, Florida, and Louisiana that have experienced no downtime. With a wide range of expertise, particularly with Active Directory, network consolidations and business continuity, Steven led real-time disaster recovery operations for the headquarters of New York's largest real estate firm. He also designed the Exchange and Active Directory environment for the world's biggest gaming manufacturer, located in Reno, Nevada.

Steven graduated Cum Laude at North Carolina State University where he majored in Biochemistry and Chemistry. His is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Database Administrator, a Cisco Certified Network Associate, and a C.I.W. Security Professional.

Danny Lee

Danny Lee is a talented business consultant who specializes in the implementation of enterprise scale financial systems, in particular, SAP. He has an in-depth knowledge of business practices, supply chain dynamics, treasury management, and analysis. He has deployed SAP to institutions in the United States, Canada, Asia and South America and can quickly ferret out incorrect modeling assumptions.

In addition to SAP implementations, Danny is often engaged to draft strategic plans for new and expanding businesses. Prior to specializing in SAP he successfully created a five site, multi-state technology company without relying on a large sum of investment capital. He is currently implementing SAP for an international firm headquartered in Hong Kong, China.

Danny is an M.B.A. graduate from Duke University. He has over fifteen years of experience with financial systems, entrepreneurship, and strategic planning. Danny is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is fluent in both the Chinese and English language. Danny received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.

Brian J. Olive

Brian is a proven solutions architect specializing in the Microsoft .Net Framework. He has a deep understanding of ASP.Net, ADO.Net, and the Windows workflow, presentation, and communication foundations. His programatic skills, currently C#, CLI, and VB.Net, stretch back to assembly and the days of DOS networking where he developed collaboration systems for the Department of Defense, Glaxo, and the Research Triangle Institute.

Brian's leadership skills also date back to the early part of his career. In 1989, at the age of 21, he created a software development company that grew to thirty full time employees. Since that time he has found himself in leadership roles wherever he goes. Currently he is leading a multi-national team in the development of programmatic tools to facilitate .Net programming and acceptance.

Brian is an honors graduate from North Carolina State University where he majored in Computer Science.

Shaun Smoot

Shaun Smoot is a Senior Systems Engineer with over nine years of experience in providing enterprise solutions in retail, medical and e-commerce industries. He has an in-depth knowledge of software deployment and migration, systems process automation, capacity planning, 24/7 support and enterprise level security. He's a process-oriented individual that can assist with the design and maintenance of the enterprise to accomplish the long-term business strategies and technology goals.

Prior to starting his own company (Totus Company), Shaun did projects with many of the top Fortune 500 companies to include Motorola, IBM, Time Warner, Sage Software and Cox Communications. He has also provided a wide range of services to high-level government agencies such as the U.S. Marine Corp and U.S Department of State.

Shaun specializes in Unix/Linux systems and applications. Over the past 2 years, he has deployed more than 100+ servers, utilizing core technologies to include Nagios, IBM WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, MySql and Oracle RAC.
